Job Summary of Sales Associate:

Gain hands-on experience in the home office of a leading specialty retailer through a paid, full-time internship. This program provides an opportunity to develop professional skills, explore career paths, and network with industry leaders in a collaborative and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work on real-world projects in one of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, HR Communications, or Learning and Development.
• Engage in networking opportunities with the Executive Team.
• Participate in professional development workshops and community engagement activities.
• Utilize home office amenities, including collaborative workspaces, a fitness center, and a subsidized cafeteria.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Currently enrolled in college for the upcoming semester.
• Completion of sophomore year or higher (graduate students welcome).
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Ability to commute to the home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
