• Tables should be promptly cleared once guests depart, gathering up all plates, cutlery, and glasses left behind.
• Clean the tables and chairs thoroughly and arrange them for incoming customers, equipped with the necessary dining utensils and seasonings.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining space by performing tasks such as sweeping and mopping the floors, as well as sanitizing service stations.
• Aid in maintaining the sanitation of other locations like the washrooms and condiment stations.
• Aid your colleagues by helping to replenish dining tools, napkins, and additional provisions.
• Assistance with commencing and concluding cleaning duties and establishment prerequisites.
