Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of multiple restaurants within a specific market area. The position involves driving performance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and managing the employee experience to align with the company’s core values. The Area Supervisor will play a key role in creating strategies for continuous improvement, managing financial goals, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and empower teams, overseeing all aspects of the business operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in leading and managing teams that exhibit a great deal of motivation.
• Proficient in controlling costs and managing inventory within a dining establishment or similar context.
• Proven skill in recruiting, developing, and maintaining a high-performing staff while fostering a pleasant work atmosphere.
• Appreciating the enjoyment that comes from interacting with customers, whether they are internal or external.

Requirements:

• Being over 18 years old is a prerequisite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Skill in managing extended periods of standing or sitting without difficulty.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push occasionally.
• Skill in reading and processing orders, tickets, menu boards, and receipts.
• A valid driver's license is obligatory.
• Persistent exposure of hands to water, cleaning products, and edibles.
• It is vital to maintain frequent hand washing.
• Competency in the use of computers, telephones, and other office devices.
